What we store. TeamOffDays has no accounts and no server database. The list of countries you add, the people you register on the People tab (names, notes, locations, sleep, lunch, work hours and vacation dates), your preferred start view and cached holiday data are saved only in your own browser's local storage. We do not receive this data. You can remove it at any time by deleting the countries in the app or clearing your browser's site data.
Share links. If you use the Share button on the People tab, the details you choose (name, location, sleep, lunch, work hours, and optionally vacation dates and a note) are encoded into the link itself. TeamOffDays does not upload or store them on a server. Anyone who receives the link can read those details, so share it only with people you trust, and send a new link whenever something changes.
Third-party services. To work, the app requests public holiday data from Nager.Date (date.nager.at) and, when you search for a city, city names and time zones from Open-Meteo's geocoding service (geocoding-api.open-meteo.com). Those requests include the country code or search text, and your browser's IP address is visible to those services as with any web request.
Advertising and cookies. This site may display ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies, including the DoubleClick cookie, to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings, or learn more at How Google uses information from sites that use its services. Where required by law (for example in the EEA, UK and Switzerland), ads are shown according to your consent choices.
Children. The site is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes. We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest revision.
